This prestigious award honours the short film that excels in storytelling, creativity, and overall cinematic impact. The winning film will stand out for its unique narrative, exceptional execution, and ability to engage audiences while delivering a meaningful or thought-provoking message. The selection process for the Best Film Award begins with a thorough evaluation by a preliminary jury from the entries for the award, and will review all submitted entries and select twelve exceptional films to progress to the Grand Jury stage. The Grand Jury, consisting of industry professionals and experts, will then carefully assess these twelve films and choose five for the final public screening at the Grand Award Ceremony. During the ceremony, the Best Film Award will be announced, and all five selected films will be honoured with cash prizes, iNiM Short Move Fest mementos, and certificates of achievement. This process ensures that the most deserving films are recognised for their excellence in cinematic artistry.
